TOPPS offers sport group sessions that elevate athletic performance or assist in recovery. Our expert-led sessions are designed to help athletes overcome injuries, enhance mental skills, or prepare for collegiate-level competition. Whether you're rehabilitating or striving to reach new heights, our supportive group environment fosters growth, resilience, and peak performance.

20 group sessions

Group sport therapy offers a dynamic and effective way to achieve mental and emotional well-being while building essential life skills.


10 group sessions

Athletes will learn key skills to unlock their potential on and off the field. Workbooks provided for all athletes.


5 group sessions

Skills are personalized per group to help the individual and group member. Work with your coach to design your personal program.



If you are a member of a small TOPPS sport group but feel you will benefit from additional individual time-you can always add on and individual session at any time. 

Groups of 2-5 athletes virtual or in person: 50 minutes
